- Who are my users?
- Who are my customers?
Users vs Customers¶
To put it simply, users are the ones who benefit from your business. customers are the ones who pay you for your business.
Example¶
Imagine that my business is a public radio service. Let us call it ‘Ragu FM 95’. My users will be the common people who would listen to my radio. And among the users, some of them will be willing to pay me to play advertisements on my radio. These paying users are your customers.
