Correct. But strategizing is secondary to validation. It is good to have a validated idea in paper ahead of time.

Well summarised, Ragu! Appreciate the contribution. I’d add more on strategy as well. Sometimes no matter how good the product or service is, if it misses that ‘perfect launch window’, it’ll suffer a lot in the battlefield!
